Verkor: predictive ML for battery cell performance

Context
Verkor is a European battery cell manufacturer. I worked on the pilot production line, during the scale-up phase, when processes were still changing.
The problem
Predicting battery cell performance from data generated by multiple physical machines along the pilot line. Two constraints shaped the work: the approach had to stay cheap and simple enough to scale beyond a pilot line, and the process itself kept changing while data accumulated against older configurations.
What I built
Predictive ML pipelines for cell performance forecasting, and monitoring and drift detection frameworks to track how those models behaved against live production data.
